With Wangarang’s heritage in supported employment we have grown to be one of Orange’s leading providers of life skills, recreation, adventure, transport and assistance with NDIS.

We take a skills-based approach to developing enriching day program, community adventures, recreation and supports to live actively in the community

Person-centred planning approaches are used when designing activities for participants at Wangarang. Staff get to know the participants and establish the individual’s interests, goals and aspirations. Activities are designed to give the participant and their parents/carers choice in a range of age-appropriate activities.

Activities that support the development and maintenance of independent living skills, promote health and fitness and provide community access are included in our individualised approach to activity planning.
