Before Rob Mages found out about the commercial cleaning service at Wangarang Industries – like many business owners – he was stretched thin and doing it all himself. By default, Rob says he had to be “Director of Cleaning” at Clever Cookie Academy (CCA) in Orange along with many other roles in the business.

“As our business grew, the time spent cleaning instead of focussing on other aspects of the academy was not the most efficient use of my time,” Rob explained. “Ever since we started working with Wangarang, I have been able to ‘park it and forget about it’ as they always provide the weekly quality clean like clockwork.

“We work very hard to make our premises not look, feel, or smell like a school. Students come to CCA outside of school hours and we are competing with their other extracurricular activities, so it is extremely important to our business that we have a welcoming environment for our students and parents. Wangarang’s cleaning service is great value for money and helps us to maintain that atmosphere that students enjoy being in.”

More than five years on and Rob says the relationship between CCA and Wangarang has only strengthened largely due to the excellent service consistently delivered throughout that time and the responsive “easy to deal with” management.
